There was quite a bit of rain during our week on the Cape this year, and after a few days of staying inside and playing games and reading books, we got pretty stir crazy. I decided to take Zoe on a shopping spree for a good raincoat and rain boots so that we could spend time on the beach no matter what the weather was like. As many of you know, we rarely buy any new clothing for Zoe since we have such a fantastic supply of hand-me-downs, so this was a splurge, but well worth it. She was so excited about her new rain gear, and delighted to play on the beach in spite of the rain!
