Zoe has become the queen of raspberries. They are one of her happy noises, and she often blows raspberry after raspberry when we go out for walks, much to the amusement of our walking companions and people we meet on the street! A few days ago we went to the mall to buy a larger car seat for Zoe. I had her a forward facing carrier and we were riding down a crowded escalator, so her head was level with the woman on the step below, who was engaged in conversation with a couple of friends and didn't notice Zoe at first. Then, the woman turned her head and caught sight of our beautiful daughter and was admiring her and giving her compliments. Zoe loved the smiles and attention, and communicated her pleasure by blowing a huge raspberry for this woman...luckily it was received well, and we all had a good laugh! Here are some raspberries she made in the privacy of our home. I may have to remove this video at some point...something tells me she wouldn't want her friends seeing this when she is in high school!
