We had a fun time this weekend, the highlights being 2 visits with college friends. First, Uncle Bill and Auntie Maryanne came up for a visit from Northampton on Saturday. Lester and Bill went to college together in Hoboken a million years ago. We hadn't seen them since Halloween, when Zoe was just 1 week old! Then on Sunday, we went to New Hampshire to visit Auntie Mellanie and Uncle Jim. Sheila and Mellanie went to college together in Marlboro, VT a million years ago. Everyone enjoyed Zoe so much, and we loved having others hold her and give our arms and backs a break! Maryanne kept Zoe occupied in the restaurant while we both got to eat at the same time, and then when we went for a walk with Jim and Mellanie on Sunday, Jim carried Zoe in the baby trekker. So nice to have others around that love babies!
For Zoe, the biggest highlight for Zoe this weekend was meeting Jim and Mellanie's 2 dogs. In spite of much exuberance, a few barks, and lots of face licks, she totally loved them! I think she may turn into a dog fanatic like her cousin Asher!
Sorry the picture order is a little scrambled...I'm still a bit baffled by how to organize photos and text when blogging - it seems like when I upload photos there is no rhyme or reason to where they end up. Any suggestions from more experienced bloggers out there?
