We just returned from our Toronto trip yesterday. On the way out to Toronto, we stopped in Cazenovia, NY and visited Lester's college friend Al, his wife Eliane, and their boys Alex and Ian. Alex fell in love with Zoe and was so sad to see us go...it was very sweet. From there, we drove to Toronto and spent the week with Aunt Jane, Uncle David, and cousins Miranda and Emily. It was our first visit with them in their beautiful new home and our first time to that city. Zoe rode on her first streetcar and her first subway, and saw her first dinosaur bones at the Royal Ontario Museum. She had some great smiles and laughs with her cousins...they are fantastic girls, so smart and kind, and it's going to be a lot of fun having them as her older girl role models. On our way home, we stopped in Syracuse and visited my cousin Steve and his partner Nathan. It was our first time visiting them in their gorgeous home. Zoe was a trooper for all those long hours in the car, sleeping most of the time. Here are a few photos from our trip:
